Fundamental Rights Of An Accused Person Under Indian Constitution: Emerging Trends

This study is aimed at highlighting the fact that an accused person is also a human being in the eye of law and he does not lose his status just because he has been accused of an offence. Every accused is presumed to be innocent till his guilt is proved and he has got every right to prove his innocence by way of various Constitutional remedies provided under our Constitution. It also suggests some reformations and extensions to be made to further enhance justice to the accused.
